Yoyogi Park

Yoyogi Park. Cosa vedere e come visitare

🌳 A huge park in the heart of Tokyo. Perfect to escape the city chaos, walking inside feels like being in a different world! Tranquility reigns here, with greenery as the king. You can relax under one of the many trees or engage in sports on the vast lawns and winding paths. And don't forget the adorable crows 🐦‍⬛ that accompany you everywhere! The park is always clean, with plenty of restrooms. Truly an oasis of peace.

🌸 More than just a park, it's a forest. Highly recommended visit to experience the atmosphere of Japanese tradition. The garden area is very charming, and entrance costs only 500 yen. If you visit during the right season, you can even see the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

🏯 This park, located near Harajuku, is truly beautiful. Inside, you'll find the Meiji Jingu Shrine, and it's definitely worth taking a stroll through the park to reach it.

⛩️ Yoyogi Park is located between the Shinjuku and Shibuya districts. It's a very large park with dirt roads that lead to a central temple where religious, political, and military events often take place. You might come across people wearing traditional Japanese clothing for photoshoots. Like many other temples, the central temple offers the opportunity to light incense, write a wish, or draw a fortune slip to learn more about your future. If you're in Tokyo and want to escape the city chaos, this is a must-visit spot. I recommend going early in the morning to enjoy the silence.

🌳 Yoyogi Park is one of the largest parks in Tokyo, located in the center of Shibuya, just south of the Meiji Shrine. Before becoming a public park, the site was used for the first successful flight of a motorized airplane in Japan, military parades, a US military installation after World War II, and the opening ceremonies of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. A peaceful corner in an endless metropolis. Unmissable...

Escape the city chaos and immerse yourself in nature at Yoyogi Park!
