Shanghai Museum. Cosa vedere e come visitare

Shanghai Museum is a must-visit attraction to get a glimpse of local history and culture. With free admission, be prepared for long queues, but it's worth it!

The museum is spread across four floors, each showcasing different types of artifacts. The first floor houses sculptures and objects, including bronze pieces dating back to 5000 BC. Don't forget to grab a bracelet if you want to enjoy the restaurant on the same floor without waiting in line again.

The second floor features exhibitions of ceramics, while the third floor offers traditional paintings, seals, and calligraphy. On the fourth floor, you'll find a collection of ethnic minority clothing, masks, and jade artifacts, as well as displays of coins and intricately carved Ming and Qing furniture.

For a quick visit, you can spend about an hour and a half, but it's recommended to dedicate at least half a day to fully explore the museum. Consider picking up an audio guide at the first-floor desk for a more immersive experience.

Don't miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Shanghai!
