We dined at Apricale da Delio on the occasion of a theatrical performance through the village streets. Despite the crowd, the restaurant service was excellent. We were seated at a romantic table overlooking the valley and opted for the tasting platter as an appetizer, where each dish was delicious. I tried the rabbit-filled ravioli in a savory sauce as my first course, truly spectacular and well-balanced. My partner chose the rustic Frantoiana-style tagliatelle with olives, fresh tomatoes, and salted ricotta; although good, we both preferred the ravioli for its more refined taste. The highlight was the incredible zabaione dessert. The cozy ambiance, quality ingredients, and attentive service make this place enchanting. Highly recommended dishes include the ravioli, Frantoiana tagliatelle, and the delightful zabaione dessert with fritters. A must-visit when in Apricale for an authentic dining experience!
