Passing by every day on my way to work, I had the chance to dine here years ago. Stepping into this mill museum felt like a step back in time, almost like entering an enchanted place. Located halfway between Lunano and Carpegna, facing the junction to the beautiful village of Frontino, the real charm lies at the back. As you approach, you can hear the gentle flow of the stream. The millstones are displayed outside, with a water basin that was half frozen on 01/01/2020. Although the structure was closed, just walking around and taking in the view was a truly evocative moment. I hope it reopens soon for visits. The museum showcases a peasant history, with stone milling equipment and captivating historical artifacts. A unique experience for those seeking a glimpse into the past.
