Hey there! If you're in Bagnoregio, you must visit Janky Bistrot. It's a cute little place with friendly and welcoming staff. They even greeted us with a delicious white focaccia and puntarelle. The food was absolutely fantastic, and at the end of the meal, they surprised us with six different flavors of flavored chocolate. How cool is that?
Their homemade pasta is a must-try, especially the tagliatelle with wild boar and a sprinkle of pecorino cheese. And don't miss out on their Pinsa, it's delicious! The atmosphere is clean and cozy, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is super kind and helpful, making the whole experience even better.
