Literature, painting, sculpture, and valuable antiques are all on display, making it a must-visit for enthusiasts like me. Together with Raffaella, the custodian of the village and the Castle, this seemingly ordinary Sunday outing turns into something special and unique. Raffaella, a great storyteller of the memories that these buildings protect and conceal for centuries, has managed to transfer not only the manuscripts or the works contained within, but also the immense passion and infinite love that she and her husband have poured into collecting hundreds of documents of immeasurable value over the years.
Each of us left this unexpected visit with the spontaneous need to become a messenger of the experience. The instinct is to rush and tell as many people as possible, so that the common interest grows and initiates a constant and continuous journey that amplifies the notoriety of this place.
