Whenever I come for breakfast here, the display cases full of fantastic and fragrant pastries tempt me to bring home some treats for my relatives. Fresh ricotta and really good cream - you can't do without them. The pastries here are the essence of what the name promises. This is the perfect time to visit and savor the fragrances of freshly baked goods throughout the day and, most notably, at NIGHT, always open. What you'll taste is the fusion of simple, high-quality elements that we all have at home and that we don't always find in pastry shops...handled by competent and capable people. I've been fortunate enough to witness several preparations, and breaking hundreds of eggs by hand and then seeing the results of the doughs is spectacular. There's so much more I could write, but words don't do it justice. I recommend coming and trying it out; it'll be worth it, trust me. Oh, unfortunately, the walnuts on some pastries aren't toasted, but in my humble opinion, they change in flavor and should be tasted simply dried... :)
