Looking for a romantic and elegant dining experience? Look no further than Balthazar in Perth! The dim lighting sets a romantic atmosphere, and the friendly receptionist and waitress made my partner's birthday celebration extra special. The standout dish was the divine liver semifreddo, although I wish there was more bread to go with it. The roasted garlic potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The seafood spaghetti was rich and delicious as a main course. And the steak fillet was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
