Experience the incredible beef rendang at The Malaya!

Hey there! Looking for a fantastic Malaysian restaurant in Sydney? Look no further than The Malaya! With its amazing beef rendang, this place is a must-visit for food lovers. The menu offers a fixed selection of mouthwatering dishes, including the delicious Sang Chow Baos and flavorful spring rolls. The curries are top-notch, although they can be a bit spicy for some. But trust me, the succulent shrimp will blow your mind! Just wish they had a dessert to go with the fixed menu. Nevertheless, I absolutely loved it!

Planning a business lunch or a special gathering? The Malaya is perfect for that too! The vibrant and traditional flavors of the food, along with impeccable service, create a fantastic dining experience. And let's not forget the tranquil harbor view! I highly recommend this place to others.

Now, let's talk about the food. It's fantastic! The non-vegetarian options are great. The fried cauliflower with pepper and chili is a must-try, and I highly recommend the chicken satay. As for the main course, the traditional Malaya chicken curry with white rice is absolutely delicious. However, the Schezwan eggplant was a bit too sweet for my liking. Vegetarian options are a bit limited, but the overall atmosphere is pleasant. Just be aware that the lighting may not be sufficient for reading the menu. The service was quick too!
